Scouts Victoria's vision is developing young people to lead towards a better world. A youth lead organisation where learning is through doing.
The Ballarat District supports this vision for 450+ youth from 5yr to 25yr covering the wide area of Ballarat, Beaufort, Ararat, Maryborough and Creswick. 100+ local adults share this vision as Leaders, Committee Members or Helpers to support youth development.
